Freight terms, unless otherwise noted, are FOB Schaumburg, IL. Illinois Pulley & Gear, Inc. makes every effort to accommodate your special shipping requests and although the seller will use reasonable commercial diligence to meet scheduled shipment dates, all shipping dates are approximate. However, in the event of failure to comply with your special request, Illinois Pulley & Gear, Inc. does not assume responsibility for freight costs. Carrier costs are expected to be paid by the purchaser, unless agreed to in writing by Illinois Pulley & Gear, Inc.

Packages shipped by Illinois Pulley & Gear, Inc. on IPG carrier account numbers are insured for the package value, and shipments will be made by the carrier of our choice.

Packages shipped by Illinois Pulley & Gear, Inc. on purchaser or third party account numbers are insured for the package value unless specifically directed in writing by the purchaser.

Purchaser assumes responsibility for shipments at the time they are received by the specified carrier. Any claims for shortages must be made within ten (10) days in writing to Seller after delivery. All claims for damaged, lost, or misdirected shipments shipped on purchaser or third party account numbers must be made to the specified carrier.
